CeraVe SA Smoothing Cleanser (Salicylic Acid) – 236ml
CeraVe’s SA Smoothing Cleanser is the go-to face and body wash for anyone dealing with rough, bumpy, or “chicken skin” texture. This cleanser helps to alleviate rough and bumpy skin texture, leaving skin feeling smoother — the salicylic acid in the formula gently exfoliates the skin without compromising the skin’s natural barrier.
The star ingredient is a gentle dose of BHA. Formulated with 0.5% Salicylic Acid, a beta hydroxy acid that penetrates deep into the skin to clear blocked pores and prevent blackheads, soften dry, flaky and thickened skin, and exfoliate for a smooth, refreshed feel. Because it relies on chemical exfoliation, it’s free from physical exfoliants (microbeads), which can irritate the skin, and is suitable as a Keratosis Pilaris (KP) treatment — the salicylic acid targets keratin and dead skin cells in the pores while helping smooth the appearance of bumps.
Crucially, it exfoliates without stripping. A complex blend of phytoceramides helps restore the ideal levels of ceramides in the skin, soothing dry skin by reducing water loss and helping repair the skin barrier, while hyaluronic acid provides prolonged hydration without blocking pores and niacinamide soothes and calms. It also contains MVE Technology, which allows the gradual release of active ingredients, ensuring skin hydration for 24 hours.

How to Use
Massage cleanser onto wet skin, then rinse thoroughly. Use daily on face and body, avoiding the eye area. For best results, follow with a CeraVe SA Cream or moisturizing lotion. Salicylic acid may increase sun sensitivity, so use SPF during the day.
